Girls/Women are really so SPECIAL !!!
On this International Women Day, I would, first of all, like to thank all the girls/women in my life for making it fabulous and fantastic. Really now a days the women have risen a lot and this day reminds us of their power. They are the most mysterious creature in the world. A man can never understand a girl. Though men never admit the importance of girls/women in their life but its these girls who are around us from our birth to the last moments of our life. A girl in form of a mother teaches us to walk and talk. Our first teacher, our mother, who brings us into this world, has been forgotten by many of us when she gets old. I don't know why though she teaches everything, gives you everything she has from feeding you by her breast to protecting you from the world. Then a girl in form of a sister just pours whole affection onto you. Sometimes she gives you her own chocolate, sometimes she doesn't complain of yours to your parents, sometimes she just make you feel happy by her affection. Then a girl comes into the life of a man for whom most of us aspire for, a girlfriend, or sometimes direct entry of wife is also there whose one tight hug gives you the strength to fight the whole world, whose one pain can make your nights sleepless, whose one requirement can empower you to bring moon in her feet. Then a girl comes in form of daughter, whose first words of Papa papa give you the joy of the lifetime. She grows up and when she gets married and goes away its her daddy who weeps the most. In our older days its your better half who doesn't make you feel alone because your children don't left any chance to make you feel alone. So its the girls who are always around a man. They always keep the faith, most trusted creatures on the planet once you are her's. Still we don't understand their importance, neglect them, underestimate them, why? Today sex ratio in India is around 920 women per 1000 men and in some places it goes down to even 860-870 which itself tells the story. There is a need to change the mindset of such people who are responsible for that and nothing but education can serve the purpose. Today in urban India, they are as competent as any other man but in rural India, the story is really pathetic. When a girl is born in a village, she is cursed and even sometimes murdered. Still men treat them as if they have their own right on the girl and use rather exploit her according to their wish. With such happenings going around in all over India, we dream of becoming a developed country in 2020. There are uncountable examples of ladies who have made everything on their own such as Indira Nooyi, Kiran Bedi, Sonia Gandhi, Kalpana Chawla, Chanda Kocher and others but still we treat them like "Pair Ki Jooti". This is ridiculous. We do need to change this. Without them, we even can't think of our existence. It can happen only with education. It is the only tool which can change the mindset of Indian population regarding girls. So, on this day, I would like to conclude that women/girls are our integral part but we still don't understand their importance. We need to consider them equally versed and capable if we want the society to grow and flourish like a blossom in the garden.

Hey it was really nice to know what you think about the importance of a female in a Man's life....you really expressed it nicely. But education alone can't bring about the change because women are opressed both by rich and educated people. Rape of a girl by an IAS officer and a famous actor are just a few examples.Such incidents are evenly distributed without any boundaries among all classes.
The change could be brought only by the women who are already well educated and occupy various key positions in contemporary Indian Society. We men can definitely assist them but they have to assume their power we bestow on them.
Though, your concerns are really appreciable.
@ Amit
thanx...
Hey Buddy !!
Very well written. Your text is clearing varifying the fact that "Every winning man has a woman behind".
I agree about your point of miserable condition of women in villages but Now I think time has been changed. If u talk about Dowry than I would say that I myself has personally seen that things have got opposite regarding it. Now people from Boys side have to give money to girl's family.
Anyways very gud attempt of yours and Keep it up and try to add some crisp/ spice in your writing.
So Gud Luck buddy.
very nice thoughts jain....carry on>
